“The website gave me one timeframe for delivery, and then later I got another email saying a different, but slightly overlapping timescale. It arrived in the overlap. They needed to leave the parcels as no one was at home at the time. The boxes got wet in the rain, but the instructions etc were well wrapped and didn't get ruined. Sadly my housemate did get the deliverers to leave the glass flat rather than upright as per the instructions, but frankly the only pane of glass to be broken was the pane that the love window replaced anyway. We were lucky. The instructions were generally clear, although a few times we found ourselves googling and checking youtube for extra help to make sense of them. We put our greenhouse up over a few days, but it could have been done quicker. We've had plants in for a few weeks and they're growing well. We've had some strong winds and the frame and toughened glass has stop up well to it. It looks like it should serve well for years to come.”

“I bought the Swallow Jay potting shed. It looks lovely and seems quite robust. The only issue is a minor one where the door isn't completely flush at the bottom but its good enough not to let rain water in. The fitters were very nice and very quick installing the potting shed.”

“Good product and efficient service however installation was expensive and rather rushed. It took one man under 4 hours. One downpipe was left unfixed and there were a lot of bolts and nuts left lying around. The brush seal at the edge of the doors looks unsightly and the door does not fit well.”

“We are delighted with final product; it is strong,elegant and well engineered. We didn’t score you full marks because we had issues with delivery. We ordered a 12ft green house and were sent 2 glass panels short; sufficient for a 10ft green house. We would also like to point out that we were sent excess plastic accessories 16 h- bars and we only needed 4 (2 extra would be ample for spares) and 12 linking bars for a polycarbonate green house where ours is glass. In this climate of excessive plastic waste, we feel more careful selection on delivery would be more acceptable. I am being sent a postage paid envelope for you to reuse the items.”

I went for a mid-range greenhouse which was delivered at the expected time following phone calls from the vendors to tell me it was on its way and when to expect it. The product is a good one-although it has yet to go through a winter-and was relatively easy to assemble with plenty of accessories. I am pleased with my purchase.”

“Now that it is up I am delighted with my greenhouse & look forward to many years of use from it but it was a pig to construct, the instructions were clear as mud & I still have a number of bits left over that I have no idea where they go. I must say that the young man who delivered it was lovely & very helpful, he carefully delivered the glass for my greenhouse up a pretty steep hill to my allotment; I could not have managed without him”

“The greenhouse took a lot longer to build than the recommended time as per your instructions. The window and door proved to be the most difficult to build. Broke slight corner of the window pain and had to get a bit trimmed of the door pane otherwise happy with your product.”

“A good quality greenhouse for the price. Glass packaged well but very heavy and requires 2 people to move. Edges very sharp so recommend gloves or fingers will get small cuts when glancing. Instructions clear for most fitting, however door and window assembly diagrams could be clearer. The free a utomatic opener does not fit holes in window frame.”
