“Very disappointed with the two dog toys I received they looked faded and grubby,I have unfortunately had to send them to a new puppy in Canada.I have previously bought the octopus from this range and I was very happy with it in fact it's probably been one of the best dog toys we have for durability.”

Hi Julie We are really sorry to hear of your disappointment with the two eco toys you ordered. We will always try to find and offer a solution, if we are made aware of any issue. We would have happily offered to exchange the toys if they were to be gifts, or if it was time critical for sending them to Canada, requested photos so we could have potentially advised on any suitable methods for removing any dust/marks and offered compensation. Being of natural composition with the use of eco friendly dyes, the suede can have variations in colour between batches and toys may arrive dusty from the packing materials used by our supplier. We will ask the Warehouse Team to check any remaining Barry the Bananas in stock (we have sold out of Rudy the Reindeer) and will make a note of your feedback should we receive any future complaints of the same nature. We hope that the puppy still enjoys their gift. The Green&Wild's Team.

“Both of my Jack Russells love the sweet potato treats - ordered for one who has to be on a low protein diet but enjoyed enormously by her and her brother”

We have it on good authority that they are very tasty! “We're a sugar free household so why should my dog eat sugar? G&W dog treats are healthy, no additives, no unnecessary colourings or sweeteners. Goose treats are a new favourite”

“Well made, extremely sturdy dog toy. My grandpup has two G&W toys which have withstood hours of play and are still going strong. I decided to order a festive toy for his Christmas stocking; a reindeer. Very fast delivery, would highly recommend.”

“I bought the salmon oil. The product is good but the bottle could be of better quality . It arrived to me with the cap cracked and the oil had leaked out soaking the packaging. I could blame royal mail however the bottle did seem flimsy and not fit for purpose. I had waited a week and wanted to give my dog asap so not requiring a refund . Just saying.”

Hi Gillian We are very sorry to hear that the Salmon Oil was damaged during transit and had leaked. We do package the bottles as securely as possible so it is frustrating to think that the parcel had been subject to heavy handling which resulted in the cracked lid. The bottle is composed of recycled plastic (and can be recycled again) but we will take your feedback on board. The Green&Wild's Team

“stumbled upon an advent calendar at a local artisan market in October and my dog thought it smelt so nice he ripped open the box and ate the entire advent calendar before Christmas even came around! he now has some extra treats in his Christmas stocking - his favourites are the Cornish pumpkin bites and the salmon bakes!”

“These are the only amazing toys that my crazy Cockerpoo can't tear apart. I bought her Olive on holiday in June and she ( Olive 😂) is still in one piece and played with constantly. Not tried the treats as they are all for Christmas. I have one very spoilt woof.”

“I bought the pizza and chilli pepper for my puppy. The pizza has took a beating but still going a week later. It's very strong and solid so I can leave it with him without fear of him ripping it apart and eating it. The chilli was good too but not as strong. He found it easier to chew the very end of it where it narrows but still very good to chew. I would definitely recommend both and buy both again when I need to. (I did have to remove the loop tags and rope as he likes to eat these)”

“We love these toys for our dog as they last her months and months unlike all the others we’ve bought her! We love them so much we’re gifting some to our friends and families dogs this Christmas too. Such good value and all made out of natural fibres - fabulous!”

“I purchased the Fish Tiddlers from Green&Wild's ordering via the website was quick and easy and the pack arrived within a few days. My little old Benny, a Jack Russell terrier and his distant cousin Pickle, a Schnauzer love the little fishes as their very special dessert after their evening meal... wholeheartedly recommensd”
