“The sanchez toy was great but the leaf came off far too easily so definitely needs fixing more solidly.”

Hi We are very sorry to hear that your recent eco toy purchases didn't meet your expectations. Many dogs do see our eco toys as a way of fulfilling their natural chewing instincts or as a challenge to destroy over playing with them. This can be down to the natural materials used in the toys' composition, over harder manmade plastic or synthetic fabrics. Our eco toys provide a safer option for dogs that do chew their eco toys, by containing no harmful materials or compounds. “I bought the salmon oil. The product is good but the bottle could be of better quality . It arrived to me with the cap cracked and the oil had leaked out soaking the packaging. I could blame royal mail however the bottle did seem flimsy and not fit for purpose. I had waited a week and wanted to give my dog asap so not requiring a refund . Just saying.”

Hi Gillian We are very sorry to hear that the Salmon Oil was damaged during transit and had leaked. We do package the bottles as securely as possible so it is frustrating to think that the parcel had been subject to heavy handling which resulted in the cracked lid. The bottle is composed of recycled plastic (and can be recycled again) but we will take your feedback on board. The Green&Wild's Team

“A lot of items not available (sold out) like beef jerky chews wheich we wanted. Our dog didn't like the Ox jerky chews - so we gave them away. On the plus side - it all arrived in good time and the venision flatties went down well. Overall an expensive experience that we probably won't repeat”

Hi William We are pleased to hear you dog enjoyed the Venison Flatties. Whilst it is a shame they didn't enjoy the Ox Jerky, pets can have different tastes, and it was kind of you to give them away so that they didn't go to waste. With regards to the out of stock items. The demand for our products is becoming increasingly higher as our reputation for producing quality toys and healthy treats grows. This, coupled with supplier issues (which in the current financial climate, have been experienced by many retailers) has unfortunately led to cases where demand has far exceeded supply. We have been working closely with our main supplier, who has now addressed the issues and stock replenishment should be more consistent and back to normal very shortly. Hi Tony All of our antler chews are hand graded and will have been checked to ensure they were within the weight range for the XL size. Being a completely natural product, antler chews will be subject to variations in size. The Green&Wild's Team

Hi Deborah Thank you for your review and we hope your pets are happy with their toys. The invoice breaks down the costs and shows the VAT separately, however, the total price is still the same as those displayed for each product. For the shipping cost to be calculated, the delivery location and country does need to be specified first for an accurate shipping cost to be applied, regardless of the checkout method. “I would give this 5 stars ⭐️ Unfortunately these toys make one of my French bulldogs extremely aggressive and l have tried them on 3 separate occasions. However my other 2 Frenchies do love them”

“I was very excited for the bones to come, but my dog ate one of the bones in just over a day - I thought for the price it would last a lot longer & was a lot smaller than I thought it would be when I ordered a large. But the second bone was good, and is holding strong so far. So overall rated 3 stars.”

“My dog loves the treats. I'm afraid I don't like the packaging. These are supposed to be "eco" treats (made from insects, very good) but the packaging has no indication about what to do with it when the treats are all gone. So not very "eco". The planet will suffer if we don't tackle the packaging issue, as well as the ingredients issue. I sincerely hope to see recycling information very soon.”

“Previously I would've given five stars without hesitation, but the last three toys that I have bought have not been the same standard and have not lasted 20 minutes before coming apart. Very disappointing as a mouse toys lasted weeks and was a favourite but since then the toys have not been nearly as good quality.”

“Service great - Antler great, but Olive Branch destroyed in less than 15 minutes by Doberman, so a bit disappointed. But in fairness your service was excellent and packaging etc all recyclable.”

“I can't fault the products, they are absolutely lovely and my puppy adores them. Unfortunately I am now 10 days after placing the order and the goods have not been delivered. I can understand a Xmas shutdown, and delays due to Covid, but I have not received any correspondence at all despite emailing twice. Having phoned, the lady dismissed me with a delivery date which hasn't materialised. A bit disappointing, as just a bit of communication would have resolved the issue for me. I am still unclear as to when/if it will turn up at all.”

“Yak chews are great. The toys look great but our puppy managed to pull the pigs tails to shreds in minutes, leaving bits of thread everywhere. I had to remove it quickly before he swallowed any bits. Delivery was very slow.”

“All the lovely foodie treats are being very well received. Sad to say poor Barry the Banana 🍌 didn’t last very long, in fact the jute inerds escaped within five minutes. His suede body is still chewable! Lenny the Leek remains in the cupboard I guess a similar fate may await him.....time will tell. Shame that the toys aren’t as tough as they could be. I have two Labradors both enjoy a good chew, but not prolific chewers. May suit smaller breeds.....”
