“I’ve had a few of your products, not always directly from you. Our dog has IBD and a major chicken allergy. Finding treats she can safely enjoy is a problem. Thankfully the Green and Wilds fish or vegetable items don’t upset her tummy.”

“Great dig toys. I have a large lurcher who loves toys but destroys many of them The toys I purchased from Green and Wilds are sturdy and well made. They have strong seams and can stand up to my dogs boisterous play and need to chew. This is the second set of toys I have purchased from this company and I would happily buy from Green and Wilds again.”

“Great service and lovely dog toys. My little destroyer managed to rip the ball open very quickly but the natural material inside was soon removed by me he continues to play with the skin. The disc shaped toy is holding up well after the initial top layer was chewed off. Love the natural materials”

“I in the past ordered Terry the turnip and realised afterwards the price I paid was more than the toy and shipping so, I cancelled an order yesterday because .. the mouse was £4.95 the frog £8.95 and shipping £2.91 which in my reckoning comes to £16.81 but at checkout the cost was over £17.40. So I didn’t buy as for the life in me I couldn’t find the difference and, if everyone just goes ahead that’s a lot of overcharged profit. If someone can explain I’m happy to but as I love the products but I won’t be overcharged.”

Midge the Mouse and Francois the Frog prices both include VAT, which come to a total of £13.90. “Very impressed with my order, The easy chews work well for my 2 old dogs( they are lazy chewers! But it suits them, also perfect for my puppy helps massively with his teething , no real smell it mess... Perfect! purchased Derick the doughnut and Suzie sock for my puppy he's 4.5 month old poochoon it was recommended by a member of staff at Green and Wilds he loves them. Highly recommend this company! I will shop here again!”

Hi David We are sorry to hear that your recent purchase hasn’t met your expectations. All dogs are different, but some do see our eco toys as a challenge and prefer to chew or attempt to destroy them over playing with them. This can be down to the natural materials used over harder to chew plastic or synthetic fibres that don’t taste nice. Our eco toys are designed for chewing on as well as playing with. We have many customers who repeatedly purchase the same eco toys as their dogs have so much fun chewing them up or destroying them, but also because their owners know they are safe for their dogs. The filing is made from natural coconut fibres. For dogs that like to chew as well as play with their toys, we would normally recommend the eco toy characters constructed from the many layers of compressed felt, such as Derrick the Donut, You're Toast, TrudyTruelove etc, as these are much thicker and more durable, and our best sellers for this reason.
