Since the doors of the first opened, Grace & Co has continued to grow and now stocks world-renowned, contemporary jewellery, watches, charms, and accessories 9 locations across the Midlands area.

Hello, Jerzy. We're so sorry about the wait which you've had with your order getting to you. It seems that our fantastic postal service, which is already under strain in these weird times, became further under pressure after the bank holiday weekend when your order was placed, so it's caused a bit of delay. We're ever so sorry. We are pleased to see that your order has arrived, and we did manage to process this quite quickly for you but getting it from A to B hasn't been as efficient as we'd have hoped, and for that, we apologise. We hope that the item, nevertheless, has been well-received, and we still thank you for finding us.

“The bracelet I ordered has not arrived yet. I appreciate with covid there may have been a delay, but I received an email asking if I was happy with the product. I replied explaining I hadn’t received it a few days ago and still not had an email response. This concerns me and I’m unhappy with the service as I would have expected an acknowledgement message by now.”

“I recently placed an order whilst in lockdown for a friends birthday. The service I received as always from Grace & Co was excellent, my concern was ordering online my gifts would not arrive in time. I received a message saying not to worry we will happily hand deliver to your home, as local. I received my package within a day of ordering, very happy and my friend loved her gift. “I bought a bracelet from Grace & Co simply because it was cheaper than I could find anywhere else and who doesn't like to save a little money! The item is absolutely stunning and came well packed, with a Swarovski gift bag also included. Someone had hand written 'stay safe x'on the invoice inside the package and that little thoughtful touch is what sets Grace & Co apart from other jewellery stores. I would strongly urge anyone to purchase from them, I certainly will be in the future!”
