Since the doors of the first opened, Grace & Co has continued to grow and now stocks world-renowned, contemporary jewellery, watches, charms, and accessories 9 locations across the Midlands area.

“Extremely disappointed with the customer service. I ordered a necklace for my girlfriends’ birthday and instead I received the matching bracelet, which unfortunately I did not have time to return. I emailed Grace & Co and as I had to gift the unwanted bracelet, I was offered a refund for the difference in price that I had overpaid, and a discount on the cost of the bracelet. This was over a month ago and I still have not received any refund or reply to my last three messages.”
