Since the doors of the first opened, Grace & Co has continued to grow and now stocks world-renowned, contemporary jewellery, watches, charms, and accessories 9 locations across the Midlands area.

Their knowledge and expertise in the jewellery industry have resulted in a team of staff that provide excellent customer service and a fabulous shopping experience, whether it be in-store or online.

“Great service fast and efficient - however, the earrings are tiny lots smaller than what they looked on the photo and unable to return due to hygiene reasons. I would suggest putting a photo on of actual size instead of zoomed in ones as now I’m stuck with a tiny pair of earrings”

“Speedy delivery and came beautifully packaged. Ordered some Vivienne Westwood earrings for my girlfriend and they came in official pouch, box and with authenticity documents. Was all together in a nice Grace and Co bag with ribbon and had a personalised hand written thank you for my order. It's the little things that make the difference!”

“The website is very easy to use and information are clear and accurate. The delivery was quicker than expected and the product was nicely packaged (and is also exactly like on the pictures). I even got a nice ‘thank you’ note on the invoice... Great experience!”

“Charms received fine, but was very dissapointed to find that one was missing. It had been refunded but there was no mention of why. I'm guessing it must have been out of stock, but this didn't show when I put my order through. If I'd have known, I'd like to have chosen something else.”
