Since the doors of the first opened, Grace & Co has continued to grow and now stocks world-renowned, contemporary jewellery, watches, charms, and accessories 9 locations across the Midlands area.

“Greetings. Overall I was very satisfied and the product itself was perfect and just what I ordered. The expected delivery was longer than expected due to delays with the Postal Service & Covid-19. Grace and Co refunded my postage which was an amazing unexpected thing. Thank you. You don't see service like that these days. I would definitely use Grace & Co again. Hello, David. Firstly, thank you for taking the time out to leave us a review, especially a sincere and honest one. But we have to confess, it's a shame it was for the full 5 stars, but of course, we understand this entirely. As we were unable to meet the timeframe which we specified, as we do with every transaction to ensure transparency, we're going to refund to you the additional postage paid for the item as on this occassion, our fantastic couriers who have been under massive strain of late, tried hard, but were unable to meet the requirements. The additional postage paid for the parcel will be received by yourself shortly.
