“I ordered some pain relief cream which is excellent.. The order process was a little tricky to begin with but a couple of days later I had another try and it went through seamlessly.. Delivery was very swift..”

“I really enjoy reading the Good Life Letter. It is a great read and often funny, full of excellent information without being preachy and there is always lots of food for thought. I have purchased a few items from the Shop and on the last occasion I had cause to ring as I was experiencing difficulty purchasing. The customer service was excellent and I got my item very quickly (2 days). Keep up the good work!”

“The Good life letter provides information in a friendly, entertaining style. There are occasional offers, which the consumer may not have been aware of previously which address common problems or ailments. I would like to see additional information regarding the need to consult with your GP when those offers are provided, as some of us already take medications. I have not consulted my GP about my latest purchase, in the same way that I would not consult my GP when making changes to my diet.”
