“I had some problems ordering on line so I rang the shop. A very kind man took my order and very promptly dealt with it.(it took no more than 5 to 7 minutes as I knew what I wanted and I was on the data) I received my goods just three days later. Everything was packed to my satisfaction. Could not fault anything. Very pleased. To order on line I have to remember my password and that is a bit complicated!!!!”

Many thanks for your feedback, we are always happy to take phone calls for questions or to place orders if you have any problems with the online shop. Of course we don't man the phones at all times, but if you call between 9.00 and 5.00 Mondays to Fridays we will be there to help.

“Always informative and often amusing the Good Life Letter satisfies the hypochondriac in me and will often prompt further reading. I do take some supplements and have bought the occasional book from the shop - Ray's own being the better ones amongst them. It lightens the day when read while having a coffee.”
