“The product was dispatched promptly and arrived within the week. The packaging was minimal and reusable, a bubble wrap and paper envelope, ‘Mail Lite’. The return address was printed on the label should I need to return it after 30 days. I am happy with the product so far, after 10 days of use. Thank you.”

“Well for a start Ray, it doesn't look, in the first instance, that I can rate your Good Life Letter. I clicked on my choice and nothing happened! Anyway, the good Life Letter is a great platform to advertise and write about the items you wish us to know about and purchase. I have used the GLL a few times and the commodities I purchased have been well worth the money invested. You give us a good insight into what you believe are trustworthy products. Prices are competitive. The only thing I can't comment on is the returns policy because I've not had a call to use it. Keep up the good work Ray. The letters are always a good read and informative in a non-patronising way. ( p.s., is the cheque in the post?)”

“Always enjoy your Good Life Letter Ray. I’ve been using your products for a long time now. Living in Spain it is difficult to get them as , due to Brexit, we get charged a lot by the customs and excise, and a high p and p, so I have to wait until I have a trip to the UK before I can order.”
