“Recently I have had to contact the customer service dept on two occasions regarding orders. My enquiries were dealt with very efficiently, the gentleman I spoke to, I think his name was Carl, was very helpful and friendly. Most unusual in this day and age.”

Our apologies, however as you are in Germany we are subject to the German postal system and since Brexit many deliveries into EU & Schengen Area countries have been subject to extended delays which are beyond our control. Please use the Track & Trace tracking number which has been sent to you to find out wheer the package is in the syste. We assure you that there was no delay in dispatching the book from us, in fact it was in the post the following day.

“The service is excellent. The Derma Balm was soothing as claimed and had a delicate scent; really nice but I think the way it was originally advertised was extreme and gave a false impression. I didn’t find it produced any real change other than it soothed my inflamed skin. It has not reduced the rash which continues to spread. Yes lovely to use but rather expensive for what it is.”
