“I’ve written lots of reviews for the Good Life Letter, all saying what an excellent company to deal with. All queries are dealt with immediately, including voice mail messages and I always read Ray’s very helpful letters. The products are pretty good too! But I’ll soon run out of good things to say, if you keep asking me for another review!”

“Very informative health information from a 'regular' guy's point of view, who just happens to take a detailed look at all matters mind, body, and general health etc. from a neutral angle. Easy to read weekly newsletter and always impartial. Great for us 'normal' folk of an uncertain age who maybe experiencing some health issues we're not familiar with and don't fully understand the jargon that goes hand in hand with such problems.”

Many thanks for your feedback and review. Ray sends out newsletters to his readers which contain a lot of information he has researched without any commercial aspect to it. However, he must generate some income to cover the costs of creating and delivering these emails as a free of charge service to readers, so from time to time there will be a sales message but always concerning a natural remedy or supplement that he has carried out specific in depth research.

“In general I really approve of what you do! There are a couple of issues however: the Propargile I ordered from Carl over the phone on 9th August has not arrived; the email address: goodlifeletter@oxonpress.co.uk does not seem to work as I get an immediate not delivered notice. Also when I try and leave a message and phone number on your answerphone, there is a loud persistent noise which makes this impossible.”

We are sorry that your order hasn't been delivered and will send another pack out today, should the other one show up too please mark the pack as 'Return to Sender' and put back in the post. The email address is goodlife@oxonpress.co.uk which will certainly get to us. We are not sure why there is an issue with the phone on 01926 298221 as we receive 2-3 calls an hour on the number and get voicemails left also. We apologise for the issues you have faced and hope we can put this right with the replacement pack.

Having investigated further it appears that Royal Mail had attempted delivery but there was no-one home and the delivery needs to be rebooked by you directly with them, obviously we would be happy to help if we can.
