“I love the Good Life Letter but I have to express disappointment with the breathe-free salt inhaler. Basically, who is going to sit for 20 - or even 10 - minutes holding the applicator up one nostril while keeping the other nostril closed with the other hand? When I read that it was a new design I assumed that this difficulty had been overcome but as far as I could see it was the same as the one I bought about two years ago. I have not been able to ascertain the efficacity of the treatment, much as I should like to, because I have been unable to follow the instructions for long enough. 20 minutes is a very long time to hold everything in position and do nothing else (because you can’t even hold a book and turn the pages) and I defy anyone to do it. Sorry.”

Thank you so much for the feedback on using the Inhalo Salt Inhaler, we're sorry that you are finding it a struggle to use for the prescribed time. The recommendation on the pack is really for those with a respiratory condition that needs to be managed and contained, however, for day-to-day use we would suggest using it for three to five deep breaths each day. This will draw the salt deep into the lungs and help control common breathing conditions.

It does so without a hint of medication or drugs being involved. Natural Healing is its prime objective and it achieves this aim with outstanding results. I have been taking many various vitamins, herbs, Coconut and Argan oils over the past five years and can say with certainty I have been free of coughs, colds, chest infections, aches and pains, I do not take any medication like my close friends do and I am 70 years of age!.
