“The Good Life Letter is in fact a sales pitch for a health related product each issue. This in itself is not a problem, as the content relative to the product offered appears to be well researched. However, I feel it would be nice to not always receive a sales pitch, rather to be considered a reader with common interests. There are so many email newsletters around at the moment, and sometimes it's nice to rfead interesting content without being sold at.”

Many thanks for your honest review, we genuinely appreciate the feedback. The Good Life Letter is, and always will be, a free service which Ray has been writing since 2005 and has a small team of us to help him deliver the newsletters, answer queries and manage orders. Of course this all has a cost which needs to be covered if the Good Life Letter is to stay as a free service. Ray does like to send as many emails as he can and many of them are not specifically aimed at selling anything, but the automated software will recognise any mention of a product and make it a link to the shop. We will try to ensure that the Good Life Letter isn't too commercial though. Once again our thanks for taking the time to review our service.

“I have purchased several products from the Good Life Letter over the last 10 years and I am pleased to confirm that 90% or more of the products I have purchased do what they say on the tin. Contrast that to pharmaceutical drugs where possibly only 10% work on between 30% to 50% of people. That's not me spreading misinformation on drugs, a quote from Dr. Allen Roses who was the worldwide vice president of Genetics at GlaxoSmithKline (GSK) in December 2003 some 17 years ago, stated that 'our drugs do not work on most patients.' He followed this up by saying that 'the vast majority of drugs - more than 90% only work in 30 or 50% of people.' Ray Collins and his team at The Good Life Letter should be congratulated for the thorough research that they have done for making the general public aware of all these products which the medical profession are unlikely to promote themselves. Ray and his team provide an excellent service and I am quite happy to endorse The Good Life Letter.”

Please contact us on 01926 298221 and we will resolve this for you. At this time of year deliveries can take longer, and particularly under the current COVID restrictions on Royal Mail and the courier services, however, if the delivery has been lost we will replace it.

Have you tried using the product search box on the right side of the home page or from the menu bar at the top of each page on the site, we also offer a range of options from the drop down shop tab too? We have added these features to improve navigation on the shop, or if you would like information about a particualr health topic there is a further search box further down the right hand side where you can enter any search term and it will connect you to newsletters of relevance.
