“I have received the Good Life Letter for many years now, and. I find it as enjoyable and informative as it has always been. One thing I would like to know Ray is your true thoughts on the honey. You started with Green Bay, next came J French, and now it is Wedderspoon. My wifes favourite is still Green Bay, nothing can change her, she has tried them all.”

Many thanks for the review. We asked Ray about the honey on the shop and he explained that he is always looking for the rawest, purest and least processed Manuka honey he can find and this has been a process of working with a number of suppliers to get the best for the readers. He is passionate about the purity of the honey as there is so many 'fake' Manukas on the market, and Wedderspoons are the only supplier he has found who measure th pollen content of the honey to ensure it is pure Manuka... We hope this helps.

Unfortunately the shampoo was out of stock but the company sent me another book as well as an apology. I thought it was a very nice gesture and it showed to me how genuine the company is. “I had some problems ordering on line so I rang the shop. A very kind man took my order and very promptly dealt with it.(it took no more than 5 to 7 minutes as I knew what I wanted and I was on the data) I received my goods just three days later. Everything was packed to my satisfaction. Could not fault anything. Very pleased. To order on line I have to remember my password and that is a bit complicated!!!!”

Many thanks for your feedback, we are always happy to take phone calls for questions or to place orders if you have any problems with the online shop. Of course we don't man the phones at all times, but if you call between 9.00 and 5.00 Mondays to Fridays we will be there to help.
