I got in touch with their customer support team to find out if there was something I could do by email. They were great cancelling the extra vouchers, and getting the money put back in my bank account. They didn't say I had to have it as a credit on my account, so I would have to buy more vouchers from them as one leading other company did. Their emails were always polite, and they were very quick to reply to me. I was amazed as I wasn't expecting the leave of service I got, I couldn't fault them at all.

“I signed up to Gogroopie to buy 2 garden hoses for £10.99 for pair. I quickly realised than when paying I did not get time to put in who I was and delivery address. I also was annoyed to note that when payment made then there is the P&P added without prior knowledge. I can buy these products with a delivery charge. As I have not redeemed the voucher I have tried to cancel and I do not believe this has happened, no acknowledgement. I have now emailed to ensure that this is not activated and monies repair to paypal. However, you have a very bad reputation for not responding to customers, so I would be glad to get a response Mrs LMcPhee”

Your vouchers are sent to the email address you provide upon purchase and must be redeemed with the merchant to place your order.
Each deal on our website and every voucher purchased explains how to redeem and our Customer Support Team are available by email and phone if the online instruction is not clear for anyone and they require assistance.
Each deal that requires dispatch clearly states the postage and packaging fee the merchant has requested as you can see by looking at our website.

“As a first time orderer I wasn't sure if my order had been received or not. Clothes steamer ordered on 25/5/16 so I telephoned on 31/5/16 and spoke to Chantelle who assured me my order had been received and everything had been processed. I went shopping came back an hour later and my clothes steamer was waiting for me via my neighbour.

“I bought a voucher for a U neck at the end of November 2015. The device was faulty and was sent back to the merchant in Spain. Although I have now had my refund the return postage for sending this to Spain is still outstanding.
I have bought several items via GoGroopie and this isn't the only complaint I have had to make when things go wrong. Never again!!!!!”
