I signed up to Gogroopie to buy 2 garden hoses for £10.99 for pair. I quickly realised than when paying I did not get time to put in who I was and delivery address. I also was annoyed to note that when payment made then there is the P&P added without prior knowledge. I can buy these products with a delivery charge. As I have not redeemed the voucher I have tried to cancel and I do not believe this has happened, no acknowledgement. I have now emailed to ensure that this is not activated and monies repair to paypal. However, you have a very bad reputation for not responding to customers, so I would be glad to get a response Mrs LMcPhee
