We can see that you have not allowed the delivery period the merchant has advised for the Carbon Monoxide and Gas Detectors. Although you purchased your voucher in May you only redeemed the voucher, placing the order with the merchant a few days ago. This is not the first time I have had to call the office as I find your website very very difficult to use. Things are not very clear.
