Hi yes I am experiencing the same. Its taken ages I have emailed twice. the voucher wouldn't download. I wanted the duvet as a present but now its gone past the birthdate. Worst thing that worries me is that the customer service tel number now does NOt exist. I have asked them for my money back but received nothing. I am going to take this up with trading standards now as this customer service does not exist and disgusting.
