“I'm coming from a Merchants point of view here, just to warn others off - I was in talks of doing a deal with Go Groupie and midway through, I read up all these reviews (and plenty more on other sites) and was horrified. From what I can see, it is mainly customers complaining that goods haven't been received or have been received faulty, which is the MERCHANTS fault, but Go Groupie clearly doesn't help their customers.
When I saw this, I sent the lady (called Sarah) outlining that I was concerned about the reviews, but as a reputable business, my customers would NOT receive faulty goods and all my products would be accounted for at the post office, but could they explain to me what they do to protect their merchants, how they deal with customer enquiries and payment terms, as quite often I have heard of merchant running deals, sending out goods and not getting paid for them.
Nothing. Zero. Ziltch. After being almost hounded by them and receiving prompt replies after every email about setting a deal up, as soon as I ask a reasonable question, they go cold. This sends alarm bells ringing, and I would advise anyone of thinking of dealing with them (merchant or customer) to think better of it.”

I have e-mailed three times now, with no response and when i logged back into their site I note that my purchase has been deleted from ''my orders'' and there appears to be no account credit either. I purchased a voucher for a bracelet before Christmas and the number did not work and although I have emailed them a couple of times I am still waiting for a refund. Then stupidly I purchased another voucher for a Minion Phone case and when I clicked on the link to redeem the voucher I got the following message "The page you were looking for appears to have been moved, deleted or does not exist" I have emailed Go Groopie again but heard nothing. I would advise people to stay well clear of this site.”

“Had a problem getting a voucher to work, e-mailed Gogroopie twice, no reply, looked for a phone number and found the many poor reviews, though a problem here, phoned the number to get a recorded message, few seconds later a charming young lady answered, explained the problem, the young lady guided me through the site to claim the voucher and bingo my goods are on the way. After service like that I wondered if we are talking the same GoGroopie, or perhaps it the way other reviewers approached the problem,
