“I bought a voucher from them and then saw the p+p was as much as the voucher I tried to cancel as they have a right to cancel with in seven days policy I sent 4 emails but had no response so I got in touch with trading standards who advised me to print out the t+c's take it to my bank and sake them if they can do a 'charge back' if not write to the company @ 330high holborn London wc1v 7qt requesting a refund giving them a final date to respond good luck.”
“Don't touch them with a barge pole. Bought 2 vouchers for I pod connectors. The link to the website didn't work. When I found the website myself the voucher didn't work either. Took support at gogroopie more than 4 weeks to even respond to my e-mail. I am still awaiting a refund.”

“Bought a 7" Android Tablet before Christmas as a present. The device sent was of sub standard quality. I have chased the suppliers and not been able to move forward without incurring more cost to send the device back. There is no consumer protection or rights. I parted with the money for something that looked like a good deal but ended up simply giving the money away as I received a device I did not want expect and with no recourse.”
“I had poor quality products delivered and never refunded or returned. Suppliers do not have address, e-mail address or phone numbers so it is impossible to solve the situation. Poor customer service too. I would not recommend it to anyone.”

Have e-mailed over and over again and each time forwarded the previous e-mail so they can see how many times I have tried with no response. “I ordered items the first week in November for Christmas,,,they never came I emailed and emailed never got a reply as they were presents I constantly tried but to no avail, so frustrating not even getting a reply with any explanation of delay,. “This is the worst company for customer support I have ever dealt with. My order went in before Christmas and when it hadnt arrived by mid January, I contacted GoGroopie on the email address they supplied on their site. No response, so I again emailed last week and still no reply and no goods!!!!!
I am trying to claim my money back from Paypal and I will never use GoGroopie again. I'm now wondering if it's some sort of scam because the things that I have received have been of poor quality. It needs someone to investigate them thoroughly.

“The process of buying leave the customer in a very vulnerable position. As a customer you have to pay to receive a voucher which you redeem with the supplier. As a customer you cannot choose who you buy from, when the item will be delivered and what looks like a deal usually has a large cost for posting which may spoil the deal value. My experience has been that the devices recieved as of sub standard and usually need to be binned and this is a good way to off load the devices. Services side is good but on slae of devices ... this is not the way to buy. Be careful ... I was diappointed and will not use this site to buy devices.”
“Bought a voucher from this place got my product from another it was an electric product and went to charge it and the plug exploding in my face, now this was a present for my little boy for Xmas and could of easily of blown up in his face, now I've emailed this company on meny occasion and have never got back to me and the other company did repily but only cause they thought I had brought straight from them, but when finding out I had brought the voucher from here did not repily anymore so now I am 70 pounds down and stuck with a product that does not work, so my advice is never buy from here and the other company is outstanding products, yer really I don't think so even said I was going to trading standards and I heard nothing back so please do not buy from here they rip you off :O”
“Very very very poor, STAY AWAY!!!!!! ordered something in November 2013 and after countless emails and reading other peoples reviews, got a contact number only for a answer machine to tell me they are moving office and not available till January, have tried again and telephone number now disconnected!!!!!!! Have recently reported to BBC Watchdog and have now reported them to my credit card company as i,m feed up with no answers. Today's date is 28th January and still no answers or goods. “This is the worst company I have had the misfortune to deal with. Items ordered in Nov for Xmas presents, paid for and caused upset for people I had told they would be getting, but I have still not received them to this day. managed to get a phone number off other disgruntled customers, only to be told the number was no longer available. Emailed 6 times and no reply.
Stay well away from these disgusting people, and report them to Trading Standards.”
“I had one voucher code that I paid for but which showed as an 'invalid code' every time I try to use it. I contacted 'GoGroopie' a few times and eventually they responded, stating that the supplier had been copied into the e-mail and that they should send me a new code... needless to say, I have never received a new voucher code!
I then had another voucher that I paid for and this time managed to order (£25.99 + £6.99 package) but has never arrived (3 months ago).
I have contacted 'GoGroopie' on LOADS of occasions since but haven't had a single response... my last e-mail was simply named "DOES ANYONE WORK IN YOUR COMPLAINTS DEPARTMENT?!?!?!"
In my opinion... they are absolutely rubbish and should be investigated by 'Watchdog'!!!”

“Ordered an item with seller through go groopie for Christmas but then realised delivery time was up to 21 days so couldn't risk it so cancelled with them. Finally got my refund back today after having not much contact but it makes sense over christmas but was getting worried! No scam going on. Got my money back no questions asked”
“Ordered a product off the gogroopie website, and received a voucher code for it. I went to the companies website that actually sells the product, and there was no place for me to enter my voucher number. I emailed the company directly, to which I got no response (Not gogroopie's fault), so I decided to ask for a refund from gogroopie as it was within the 7days. Received an email back maybe a week later stating that they would refund my money within 7-14 working days. Still haven't received the refund, so emailed them again to which I have received no reply. I'm just glad it wasn't an expensive order. Steer clear of this company”
