“Advertised item was totally different colour to what was on offer - totally unsuitable fuchsia instead of nude. Complained to Go groupie but still haven't received a response 6 weeks later.

“DO NOT USE!! We bought a holiday deal through go groupie which stated no further charges would be incurred when booking. When phoning to book the holiday, we received poor customer service and were on the phone for over 2 hours trying to find dates that didn't come with an additional charge - there were none, when we asked what dates could they offer at the price we have already paid we were informed that all dates had an additional charge.
We were not happy after being passed round between people (who all seemed to have quite poor English and therefore did not understand what we were asking!) and achieving nothing for so decided to cancel and request a refund as the offer was not what we thought it was and we were all extremely fed up.
This was 6 weeks ago!!! We have had no response to any of our emails or letters to Go Groopie (and there have been many) and are now being forced to take legal action. There is no telephone number to speak to anyone on and the whole company is a joke. DEFINITELY DO NOT USE!! I cannot stress this enough, Go Groopie have taken £1000 from us and are not keen to give this back. The stress and hassle this has caused is not worth it.”
“I have been waiting on two items purchased as a xmas present for 3 months now no contact from the merchants and to say Go Groopie is slow in reacting is beyond believe.
Keep getting an e mail contact us if not heard from merchant why should the merchant contact me when they have my money and you get no action from customer services.
Go Groopie offer a service but do not follow up any customer complaint why offer goods at an attractive price when their suppliers only use the website as a scam. Also purchased meal deals and if you have tried to book it is also a joke never have a table and with a coupon service is poor.”
“Go Groupie is a throughly unhelpful company. They do not vet the companies they provide "deals" with and take weeks to respond to an email. They don't even bother to actually read your emails they just provide a generic response. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM. It's just a lot of stress for a minor deal.”

I have searched for them at Companies House, and they don't seem to be registered at all, in fact GoGroupie Ltd is shown as available for registration. The Company registration number they cite is in fact a mobile phone number! Make of this what you will. I intend to ascertain from PayPal, Visa and Mastercard why they are taking payments on behalf of GoGroupie”
“I only registered with this abysmal company a few weeks ago and stupidly bought and paid for three deals within a very short space of time. The first deal was bought from the Ministry of Deals and nineteen days later I am still to receive the item. It does not even look as if the goods have been dispatched, but as the Ministry of Deals have totally ignored the two emails I sent to them, and also the online form I submitted, I still have no clue as to the status of the order. The second item did arrive within a week of ordering it, but it is of inferior quality and not worth the money paid. I have been unable to order the last item due to the code not working on the Pamper Me Store website. I emailed the retailer to ask for assistance. It took a week for them to get back to me initially and they did not resolve the problem for another couple of days (they had to reset the voucher code – why I don’t know as it never worked for me at all in the first place). When I tried to order the item after the reset all seemed well until I tried to change the delivery address and the price shot back up to the so called original total. I am still waiting for a reply to an email I sent two days ago to the Pamper Me Store letting them know that I am still unable to order the item. I have emailed Go Groopie on four different occasions over the last two weeks and have yet to receive a single acknowledgement to these communications. As many people have said – avoid this website at all costs, and please do not register as you cannot deregister or even change any of your registration details once Go Groopie have gotten hold of them. I would also have given them no stars if this were allowed, as they are by far one of the worst online deals sites it has ever been my displeasure to have dealt with.”
“Wanted to buy baby tablet, paid money with Paypal and after I received voucher code then saw that delivery cost 8.99 !!!!!! I did not completed delivery address etc, wrote them asking return my money but no answer - I am completely ignored !!!! So they took 34.99 of my account and I left with no money and no tab.. Still had problems trying to use it so decided to cancel and am still waiting for not only a refund but a response after countless emails. They don't even deserve one star. I have in the meantime decided to write to them and send copies of all the emails sent to them. Trading Standards need to step in I think. within two days and am very pleased with it. I was considering ordering a 9inch
tablet but in view of the bad reviews I have read I think I will hang fire and see what happens.
