“DO NOT GO ANYWHERE NEAR THIS COMPANY OR WEB SALES 18. I ordered some garden furniture from the seven weeks ago and it has still not arrived. I have emailed gogroopie on numerous occasions and they do not even have the decency to reply. I managed to get a response from Web sales 18 who they purchase the furniture from and they promised me a replacement within 2-3 days. That was a week ago NOTHING!!!! They are also now ignoring all of my emails very disappointing stay away.

“Please like others have said , stay clear of this website they entice you with what look like good offers , you have to pay upfront for the goods you hope to receive and you wait , and wait , and wait. No goods arrive but they are quick to take your money. I managed to get a number for them (spoke to Bree ??.? She informed me my month will be refunded , another month passed and still no refund. So I call again she states that I never reclaimed a voucher (something that was never sent) I argue this but she states they are happy to steal your money for goods not received cause they couldn't be bothered to send out some voucher ! “Very bad - twice now. First time ordered a tablet which did arrive but without charger - there is no one to contact - thry don't answer their phones or reply to emails . Second time recently ordered an MP3 player - it never came ! Been 3 months now - absolute rip off - they need to be investigated - I am contacting watchdog .”

Do not pay with Paypal as your will lose any chance to recover your money due to the delays with delivery.

Have contacted them via the on-site contact form and also sent them an email directly. A week has passed by and as yet no response. Not even a confirmation of receiving my email or contact form.
