“I purchased a voucher in July 2016 for my daughter and her husband to attend the Jongleurs comedy club. When they tried to book the club they couldn't get through and after doing some detective work found out that the club in Scotland had closed months before this offer was advertised. I have called on numerous occasions hanging on for ages everytime I tried to contact, eventually got through and was advised someone from another department would contact me, I watied and waited no call back, called again the next day where I was informed they were looking into it. Still no call back, called again where i was advised they would credit into my account, no way I won't be using gogroppie ever again, I requested my money back where I was then infomred they would need to contact the sellers, again I waited and had to call them, I was told the money would be back into my account in 7 days, 7 days passed and no money received, I called again to be told it had been a mistake and would go in in the next 48 hours.. Still waiting..... I will never use go groopie and will advise all my family and friends of the same.. Their customer service is non existent.”

“I ordered toilet and kitchen rolls for £19.99. The order was placed then billed to pay pal on 26.6.16 It stated the order could be despatched any time up to 30.7. It never arrived and they say I must pay extra p/p as the order was never placed. Trust me it was otherwise I would not be in this position whereby they now say I`ve passed the 14 day refund cut off. Hang on, that was bound to happen if it takes over a month just to send the order out. The consumer protection law 2015 states you are entitled to a full refund within 14 days of receipt of goods. They are being very pig headed about this and make it clear I can only have a voucher. I have passed this on to pay pal and go groupie want me to drop the claim or I won`t get the voucher I don`t want. I think they are trying to blackmail me out of my £19.99. I have put the word out to friends to avoid this site as there are too many bad reports about it on social media.”

When it didn't arrive I tried to contact the firm direct, no answer, GoGroopie then sent an email requesting contact, still no answer so again contacted GoGroopie and yes they did refund the funds but I don't feel that they tried too hard for me and in the meantime I let lots of similar offers go! Knowing someone who worked for Groupon ( who I've had multiple successful orders from) I know how hard they work to ensure that promises can be kept. Feeling disappointed????”
