I had to call the Go Goupie number and the lady who attends to me was extremely helpful and was able to cancel an order and talk me right through the process of re-ordering even to redeeming my voucher. This is not the first time I have had to call the office as I find your website very very difficult to use. Things are not very clear. On this occasion I ordered two chairs and was sent two individual e mails with two different voucher numbers which meant I was paying postage twice. However, I look forward to receiving my goods in due course and I am grateful to the lady in the office for her help and patience. Thank you
