“Ask for quote 11am return call 1150 ,unable to talk as in a meeting ask for call back 1230 never happened repeated quote request about 1400 no call back finally at 1500 phoned direct”

“Was book for a morning appointment so planned day accusingly and was rung at 9:10am to say it would be afternoon now and no time given. Have now sat neatly all day and have not heard from guy who rung or been able to leave the house .”

“May start by saying a very polite and courteous young man took my details . The company needs to look at reducing the amount read out, it takes far too long reading all terms and conditions as I'm at work it was a very long process.”
