“I found dealing with Glow Green on the telephone that they were polite and efficient. The cost was reasonable Delivery of my new boiler and parts were delivered on a pallet. Had to be left outside, which makes moving it indoors difficult if you are a mature woman on their own.”

“Andrew rang before he was due to arrive for boiler service. Very professional and polite. He gets 5 stars. The reason for 4 stars is the length of time I had to wait between booking a service on 25 oct and the appt date 29 Jan. I think a 3 month wait seemed rather excessive.”

“Price was standout cheap - £350 less than the cheapest of any of the four local companies that quoted and £1000 less than British Gas. I was slightly concerned about the remoteness from their headquarters and they contracted a local installer. He turned out to be seriously skillfully. I was a professional engineer while working and could quickly recognise talent. The 12 year warranty by signing up to their annual service plan was a no-brainer. Similarly, the 12 month 0% payment option.”

“The Company have failed to honour their care plan, I have paid for. A simple request to change a Radiator Value on the 17th January 2025 , under the plan, is still stuck in the ticketing system . After 6 Phone calls, Including formal complaint. They are still kicking the ticket around 16 days later, Plus the Phone system is designed to frustrate one. Its taken 2 weeks for them to place the order for the radiator valve , well correction, ask some one higher uop the food chain for approval to place the parts order with the supplier. .. They are incompetent. I am now forced to look at a third party to fix this job, and and I will send the bill Glow Green . Its a total disgrace. To date they have never comeback to update me on the progress.”
