I am not very satisfied, you delayed the installation of my boiler by almost a month. Since the boiler was installed, I have no electricity in the kitchen, because the boiler was not connected properly. After the work process was completed, you were supposed to take the old boiler and the boxes from the new one, and this did not happen.No one had told me that you would damage the wall, you can see the ugly pipe in the attached photo...I'm sorry, but I'm not satisfied, I hope at least the boiler won't have any problems with it.

The fitting went well enough but the engineer forgot to plug in my washing machine leaving me without washing facilities for a whole week because he would not come back back after phoning him every day, . I had to find a person closer to my home to pull out the washing machine to plug it in costing me £25 whitch the engineer said he would cover but nothing has appeared yet 2 weeks after the event

My initial enquiry was handled well, but a mistake in the exclusion of the scaffold price - that would have made them non-competitive - went into a long wrangle, with them even offering to take back the equipment and cancel the contract because of their mistake. The (subcontracted) installation team was very good and installed a much tidier panel layout than GG's Google Maps design - I could easily have fitted twelve rather than ten panels. Equipment delivery is by pallet truck - and with no warning - so if you have a gravel (or not perfectly even) drive the stuff is left kerbside. Nice to know when you've got a £4k battery sitting unprotected in a public space. And, bizarrely for an environmental company, on a plastic pallet that doesn't fit in a car for disposal. My local tip charged me £6 to take it. The scaffolding issue meant eight weeks of equipment sitting around waiting for access - and of course, the onus had been switched to me by then. Thanks for that. Eventually, I sourced the local scaffolders (at a quarter of the GG estimated cost) and they agreed to pay just 50% of that - so only an eighth of the cost they had actually committed to (and confirmed as their mistake when they reviewed the call recordings. Their phone system is a mess - a single number for everyone and you can never speak to the right person. Departments don't speak to each other, so you will get lots of calls from different people on the same (or random, unconnected) topics. Bearing in mind they supply the same - mainly imported - kit as everyone else, any cost premium is in the service, which is where I thought they fell down badly. Overall, the system as installed seems to work well, but I'd think long and hard about using GG again. It started and ended really well, but the middle was really muddled and at times, disingenuous.

Customer service and speed of response is not the best when they have won the order. In fairness contractor they utilised to install was very good. In fairness reasonable to deal with, but you will have to pester them.

You have to book early to get a service To get one within a year. Waited over 7 months over the annual visit. Service carried out okay. But prices have increased since first service

The product was good although last minute changes, lack of communication and generally an unorganized company made the whole experience hard work. They were very difficult to get hold of when required. The engineer however that fitted the system was brilliant.

The engineer was very polite and efficient. The booking system is poor and took several attempts to actually get an appointment as it was either cancelled by the company or booked into days when I am at work, even after stressing which days the property is available. The emails received back during these times were rude and made me feel as if I was an inconvenience. Happy to take my money every month though.

The system is working well but needed several visits from the panel erectors and difficult to get someone to commission. When they came the system had to be retired before it could work. Individually the guys were friendly and helpful but I think the scheduling let them down

I was very impressed with Green glow I was given a price and asked would there be any hidden costs to which I was assured there would not be. The plumbers came and installed my new boiler and radiators no mess left a good job done. The Plummer said green glow would send someone to do the Electrical work as I needed a socket put in the boiler area guess what glow green then said it will be One hundred and odd pounds . I had sent pics of the old boiler so why did the socket not get included I don’t know

Would be more than 3 out of 5 but took 3 attempts to get installed. 6 weeks later than originally and planned lots of chasing up. The 3rd engineer was very very good though, neat and thorough.

Was happy with Greenglow but not their contractors as I was left with 3 radiators not working and a leaking valve squirting water all over my wall and carpet I phoned the contractors twice as it messed all the heating up and pressure went down , they explained how to put pressure back unto the boiler but promised to come back in a cohole of days to sort the radiator , but never showed up so I phoned them and they promised to come back the following week but again never showed . It's been 2 wks now and heard nothing . Not happy with service or after care .

Installation is still not complete after a month, pump overrun electrical work has not been completed. It is appreciated that COVID-19 has had an impact on the ability to address problems promptly. However a response to an email or telephone call giving some expectation of when the issue would be resolved is not to much to ask.

Salespeople recommended the wrong boiler for the size of my house and the size of the gas pipes so delayed installation by 1 week as had to have another boiler delivered. The finance team still has not sorted a revised invoice to reflect the less expensive boiler and the returned smart controller. The engineer was excellent and the boiler is working OK as of a week ago.

The survey and installation took awhile to complete because the first & srcond engineer & installers are not interested to do the job. The installer that finished the job has left the power outlet in the old boiler room that will make me to get another DIY to move the outlet. Therefore the job is not really good although my boiler has been installed at the end.

The representative was very pleasant and professional and my boiler was installed well. However, he was unable to install the Google NEST thermostat and I am expected to pay for something that was not installed and I no longer want.
