Glow Green made the purchase and installation very simple and the call handler was very informative. However, I was given and option of interest free finance which I took in order to get a form date of installation. My intention was to pay the cost in full which I have subsequently done. Trying to contact the finance company (Creation Consumer Finance) to pay in full was a nightmare. BNP Paribas is the parent company of Creation Consumer Finance and I would urge anyone to avoid like the plague. Just Google the company and see the horrific reviews.

Fitting of air-conditioning units was faultless, associated electrical work was problematic and communication between subcontractors and glowgreen really needs to be improved and not left to customers to sort out problems

The boiler man came and fitted the boiler no problem, but he didn't tell us that the pipes are going to be on show, on my old boiler the pipes were hidden inside the boiler, but he made good the wall for the condensate pipe, so happy with that, I was lead to believe that the boiler was sealed unit, by that I mean no pipes were on show, but this is not the case, if you look in the Worcester brochure it looks like there's no pipe work, and I was expecting that look, but what I got was something different, the workmanship is good and would have got a five star rating from me, but I had to make a box to cover the pipping, which is a shame because it alters the look of the kitchen, as for glow green they were great, very helpful and polite all the way through the process

Glow green are fine if you need to replace existing boiler with no changes. If you want anything else, they will not accommodate and you will most likely be unhappy, like I am.

The installation of the Boiler was done and done well. However, the Engineer left without showing me how to set up the Timer and did not check to see if the Timer worked and after that Glow Green took over four months to sort the matter out. It was quite stressful.

The fitters worked non stop and boiler is fantastic. However the reasons for this score are as follows.1) the tutorial on how to work both boiler and more importantly the room control was quick and I mean quick The control did not work the way I was shown I called the fitters ,no reply. I called go green who talked me through as best they could with the comments to contact the makers of the control of I could not master it 2) the inlet valve to top up the boiler system is but a few inches from the ceiling!! It's a bonkers position to install such an important unit ! I the past this value control has always been by the boiler or a point of easy access. People in the trade who have seen the position are somewhat taken aback. It is a ladder job to access the position 3) on numerous occasions the fitters were standing sometimes kneeling on the worktop, at the point where two surfaces meet. The join has now fractured slightly with one edge slightly above the other. If water gets on I will make a claim. Overall good job spoilt with some issues here listed

the instalation ok but didnt take time to show how to work control resulting in heating on during night and then came home in afternoon and heat on again, the quick start leaflet needs looking at as the instructions are not just for the customer. it talks about wiring diagram, open therm. thermostat terminals description, landlord settings etc. I feel it would be better if there was a simple quick start leaflet.I had to google instructions which didnt help, there wasnt a subtitle, manual over ride, so I could operate the control without setting days and times. I rang glow green I got an email from REED saying he would be in touch, then today I got another message saying he couldnt get a response I checked my phone and I havent missed any calls .I dont think that is good customer service all he did then was send details of a website to get help, to me that is poor customer service

To start with I had alot of trouble as they did not come and check what was needed and dispite sending pictures got it wrong as the Flue on the boiler was not straight forward. First day here was a complete waste of time. They sent someone back 2 days later and he was fantastic. Friendly, knew what he was doing and done the job well. The end result is that I am happy with the new boiler and the work that was eventually carried out. The only other issue was that the boiler was delivered and left in my front garden, I wasn't comfortable with that as the engineer was not here. I ended having to ask a neighbour to help me bring it in. The boiler arrived on a plastic pallet, dustmen won't take it and I'm stuck with it.
