The engineer was very polite and efficient. The booking system is poor and took several attempts to actually get an appointment as it was either cancelled by the company or booked into days when I am at work, even after stressing which days the property is available.
The emails received back during these times were rude and made me feel as if I was an inconvenience. Happy to take my money every month though.
