“After emailing with a problem it took 5 days to receive a response, which was poor. However the man I spoke to was very patient and guided me through the system helping me to sort out the problem.”

“No very happy with having a gas leak on a new boiler and having my gas cut off for a day .also had very great difficulties contacting you to place a call because of a fault on your phone system???”

“Excellent service in ordering, fitting and Engineer who fitted the boiler which we gave an excellent rating on Trust Pilot, but when we needed help an Engineer could not be found to help with the problem. We have now been assured that our complaint will be investigated so three stars seem mean especially when five stars were previously given.”
