Excellent service in ordering, fitting and Engineer who fitted the boiler which we gave an excellent rating on Trust Pilot, but when we needed help an Engineer could not be found to help with the problem. We have now been assured that our complaint will be investigated so three stars seem mean especially when five stars were previously given.
