“Excellent service from start to finish. From first initial contact with Peter in customer service (on Wed) who was knowledgeable and understood what was needed he gave quote for new boiler as we had been without heating and hot water, quote was accepted on Thurs and the following Tue the boiler and all parts arrived at the given time and Steve arrived at 8.30am as agreed and worked hard all day until the installation was complete. He was very polite, respectful and efficient. Well done to everyone - very impressed.”

“Logged a call on Wednesday 5th of Jan I was assured someone would call the same day. Nothing happened a day later I received an email saying this is your ticket number bla bla. Yesterday Tuesday that is 6 days later another email with details how to use the FAQ and video to resolve problems. Great !!!!”
