“I was very pleased with the repair, which was a new bulb fitted and refitting the casing back to the top of my Neff oven. Because of a problem with my shoulder and wrist, I was unable to carry out the work myself, so good to get everything working again!”

“There was only one labour charge the only extra was for a replacement part, the cost was told me before it was replaced. The engineers were smart and tidy workers and in good time.”

“Engineer arrived on time. Replacement part was a genuine component (not a substitute make) Work was completed both professionally and in a timely fashion. A minor problem occured on test but the engineer had no problem rectifying this to our satisfaction.”

“Glotech were pleasant and efficient on the phone when I contacted them and made a point of not pressurising me to accept their quote. I was pleased to be given a morning or afternoon slot which was then narrowed to two hours on the day. The engineer was pleasant and clearly showed me what to do to deal with the problem in future.”
