“Alex from Glotech was punctual, efficient and helpful. He confirmed that a microwave that does not work except to make a significant explosion, a flash of light and a faint smell of burning is probably not in the best of health. It has been recycled. The call out fee, though far from cheap, was as I had been informed.”

“The Glotech representative who came to the house was punctual, courteous, helpful and efficient. He appeared to know what the problem was and showed me that after the oven had fused some applications downstairs, I needed to set the clock for the main oven to work again. He advised me that the oven would have to be cool to come out of the housing to examine what the fault was. So he advised that I call Glotech again if there was a further problem. He also advised that, if I had further problems with the oven, to call Glotech out again, and I would not be charged for the call-out fee but I would pay for any parts.”

“Dishwasher pump stopped working. Broken part suspected. Technician explained that part not broken but dislodged and that instruction manual useless. He explained how to re-locate item if problem occured again.”

“I am super happy with the service provided by Glotech. I chose them due to the number of good reviews online and I can see why. When my washing machine stopped working, I easily booked an appointment via the website for 2 days later. The technician arrived on time in the morning, took 45 minutes to fix my machine, tidied up after himself, I paid just 25gbp above the call out charge for a new part which he had with him - and that was it! Super easy, quick and efficient. I would definitely recommend.”

“This is the second time that I have used Glotech. Can not fault them in any way. Had two different repair guys, Andrew and Andy. Both were very friendly and explained everything. The phone call you get on then day to say exactly when they will be arriving is a big bonus. I would recommend this company to anyone. Excellent service from start to finish.”

“Actual repair not needed but diagnosed machine getting old! Call out charge far too much as we ended up paying £99.54 !!! Not sure why call out fees are so excessive,shame repair man excellent.”

“Alex was brilliant. Booking in the appointment was simple and payment was easy (card machine). He took the time to assess the tumble drier, was friendly and figured it out quickly. He also told us expected wait times for the parts (just a couple of days) and that Glotech would be in touch (immediately after parts were in to book final appointment). When he came back we had had some devastating news - he worked quickly and quietly, passing on respectful regards before he left. Wish we had done this sooner with the noisy drier! Alex was great, thank you.”
