“Didn't think my 23 year old freezer could be repaired. Engineer turned up promptly and the repair was completed in less than an hour. Very happy with the service from this company. I would use again and recommend to others.”

“Alex from Glotech was punctual, efficient and helpful. He confirmed that a microwave that does not work except to make a significant explosion, a flash of light and a faint smell of burning is probably not in the best of health. It has been recycled. The call out fee, though far from cheap, was as I had been informed.”

“The Glotech representative who came to the house was punctual, courteous, helpful and efficient. He appeared to know what the problem was and showed me that after the oven had fused some applications downstairs, I needed to set the clock for the main oven to work again. He advised me that the oven would have to be cool to come out of the housing to examine what the fault was. So he advised that I call Glotech again if there was a further problem. He also advised that, if I had further problems with the oven, to call Glotech out again, and I would not be charged for the call-out fee but I would pay for any parts.”

“Dishwasher pump stopped working. Broken part suspected. Technician explained that part not broken but dislodged and that instruction manual useless. He explained how to re-locate item if problem occured again.”
