“The operator was helpful in obtaining a prompt appointment for the engineer to attend. He attended punctually, was very pleasant and professional and took his time to thoroughly locate and correct the probable cause of a leak. And Glotech was slightly cheaper than Bosch.”

“I was very pleased with the technician who came to repair the Miele dishwasher. He was well organised and knew what he was doing. Unfortunately it was 20 years old and the spare part we needed is no longer available, so it couldn't be repaired. The downside was the very high call out charge. I was told it included follow up visits but that isn't much good if the appliance can't be repaired.”

“What a fantastic service...easy to organise, really good competitive rates and so quick to the appointment. Alex, engineer, was brilliant, friendly, professional, knowledgeable and sorted the problem there and then. He went the extra mile and I definitely recommend Glotech to future customers. “George arrived within the time scale given. He quickly found the fault and the replacement part was sourced that day. He returned within 24 hours to complete the repair. I found George to be a courteous and knowledgeable person. He explained everything he was doing in terms I could understand. He's a credit to Giotech.”
