It took the repair person, who was obviously highly competent, a couple of minutes to diagnose the fault in my washing machine. He was also able to predict confidently that the repair would be too expensive to be worthwhile so I knew I was in the market for a new machine. Unfortunately, Glotech admin and sales didn't move quickly enough to get back to me with a proposal so I bought the new one online, which was already installed by the time they responded.
