Diabolical. Engineer came, spent about 15 minutes in all here. Fitted a new hose, which I don’t think was needed. I was not happy with the work done and was told there would be another call out charge for a return visit. A new plumber has been today and all that was wrong was a loose valve.!! Appalling service.

Disingenuous website pricing for consumers (i.e. ex. VAT). Cancelled my second appointment on the day, with no reason. Original engineer failed to diagnose that my fridge was unrepairable and charged me for a second callout, which the company have thus far refused to refund. Customer service were rude and unhelpful when I followed up with them on the phone. Incredibly disappointing.

Never showed up for appointment. I called to see if they were running late to be told there was no engineers available, even though I’d had two confirmations for the appointment and no notice that they would not be attending.

0 star rating. Waited 8am to 5pm as stated on my booking details. Got a phone call at 5.06 pm. Would I like to rebook for 2 days time?.. NO! I'm only glad I had said I would pay when their staff arrived, otherwise I could have been held to ransom for them to keep wasting my time.

Excellent service by Danny the engineer who visited to repair my dishwasher within 48 hours. Customer services kept me informed. The cost of the work and new part very reasonable. Would use this service again and would recommend it to others.

Disgusted beyond belief my appointment to fix my dishwasher was all set up for today Friday the 28th between 12 and five. I’ve even travelled three hours back from Kings Lynn for this appointment for no one not even a phone call to say that no one was coming. I even had a phone call on Wednesday The 26th to confirm my appointment and that someone would ring me before arriving but nothing don’t trust this company and also wish I read the reviews before then I might have known as this is a common occurances.

I was informed that I would have an engineer visit between 8am & 1pm with a call before arrival. The engineer or the company had not checked for road closures. Consequently the appointment was cancelled about ten minutes before the deadline. Having been waiting 5+ hours I was unimpressed by the lack of forethought. I am sure Glowtech provide a good technical service but their customer care provisions are poor with a ‘phone service that cuts off each time.

Paid £105 for a call out charge, engineer turned up and charged us £150 for a part and then left. The part doesn't work and now the company will not refund us the £150. So I am £250 down and still a broken dishwasher.

One of our two rather ancient Siemens ovens blew up. Rang Glo Tech - they rang back quickly to arrange an appointment. An engineer arrived, diagnosed the problem which needed spares. We had a call shortly after to tell us how much the spares would be and to tell us that the fitting of the spares would be covered by our initial call out charge. Brilliant. Efficient. Would thoroughly recommend.

Awful customer support and repair service that cannot be trusted, our repair lasted just a few weeks and when Glotech returned to check why the same symptom arrived, they then issued a bill for that visit although we have not agreed to another repair. Be warned, they do not display all reviews on their website! It's a very misleading company with terrible service.

I was lead to believe the company was a family run business from fakenham in Norfolk when I typed in repairs in Fakenham It is not and therefore couldn’t do the time slot I requested on the web site, 3 weeks ahead from the booking. The company needs to change the allotted slot times. I will not be using them.

We were given a time slot for cooker ignition repair - 8am-5pm but couldn't say morning or afternoon. We waited all day - not used the oven in case they arrived (can light manually) so up early and no hot meals today. About 4.40 got a call to say in York, not Leeds, and would be 1 hour 10 mins. making it around 6pm. Then they still had to do the job. I said it was too late, not as agreed and not to bother. There are other people who will do the work and be reliable. DO NOT RECOMMEND AND WOULD NOT CONSIDER AGAIN.

Glotech does not deserve even 1 star! They charged us half of the cost of a new dishwasher and their repair lasted just a few weeks, the dishwasher showed the same symptoms and when they returned, they claimed something else needed changing and asked for another 200 GBP to carry out a different repair. AVOID THEM, NOT WORTH THE HASSLE!

Contacted these people as I thought they were based in Selby. They weren't. Waited in all day for my appointment (between 8am and 5pm), to be phoned at 4.35pm and informed the engineer was not coming. Asked for a immediate refund and was told that the accounts department had gone home for the day and it would be processed tomorrow. I'm not happy with this at all.

My combioven was too old to repair as springs are no longer available. I should have been warned of this. Also the time clock on my oven wasn’t working. I know it was not the specified equipment but would have appreciated the engineer seeing to that instead

First engineer looked at the cooker flashing E4, said need new board, pay £115, for 2 minutes, second engineer tried to do a factory reset to fix the induction hob, yet our model cooker doesn’t have a reset function! Told us to call Smeg direct! Amazing service if you want to waste your time and money
