Glotech has no Neff manufacturer infomation that they claim to have and took on the Oven repair even though I gave them the fault code which they had no infomation on then guessed at a few things ,said they cant fix it and kept the money I paid for the repair. Do not use them they dont know anything

I gave Glotech the error numbers on my Miele hob and they told me it would need a new cooling system. When the engineer arrived he was very apologetic saying he should never have been sent to our property as the parts for my hob were obsolete. I also asked the engineer for a quote for a new appliance but no one bothered to contact me with a quote. I just received numerous (rather rude) telephone calls saying I had to pay for the call out charge. I would not use them again as they just send engineers irrespective of whether they can mend your appliance or not. What bad business not to bother to quote for a new appliance.

Our Fridge Freezer failed. I contacted Glotech and received a response very quickly specifying date, time and a callout charge for a diagnosis of fault(s). William Strudwick arrived promptly on the agreed date and time, proceeded to investigate and confidently diagnosed the problems. William was professional, clearly knowledgeable and explained the faults in a clear and concise manner. A fixed price was agreed and paid that included necessary spare parts and their fitting. A date and time for repair was agreed over the phone with Glotech. William again attended at the agreed data aand time, and fitted the new parts. Fridge Freezer up and running again (and very very clean!) . We were very pleased with service provided by Glotech and especially by William. Highly recommended. 5 stars!!

Their engineer came and cancelled the job in Westminster because they couldn’t find a parking space. No advance warning from the company while they knew the postcode and should have advised accordingly. Avoid by all means.

Engineer previously came to fix my Neff oven & charged £272.79. Oven still not working properly. Rebooked for 2 weeks ago, booked a days holiday from work & received a phone call that day to say they had to cancel. Rebooked for last Friday and again they cancelled. Engineer visited today and said the additional cost will be £120.75. I rang the company then and asked why am I paying again when I have already paid and they told me it needed an additional part!!! Really, so when it was apparently fixed previously, it did not need a new part. Absolutely rip off. The final straw was when the engineer said he couldn't leave the property until I paid, so me, a female, alone with a strange man in my kitchen. I obviously had no choice but to pay again!

Booked for a washing machine engineer to visit 1 Dec which was cancelled on the day due to illness. Re-booked for 5 Dec, but cancelled AGAIN due to illness - this time Glotech didn't call til well into the morning to let me know. Call handler was pretty dismissive of the fact that I'd had to take TWO FULL DAYS off work for these bookings (they don't give a time for an engineer visit - just 8am-5pm), just saying they can't help sickness. I told her that once was understandable, but to happen twice, couldn't they get another engineer to cover? She just said they only had ONE engineer covering the whole of my area (Bristol - so hardly a tiny village in the middle of the countryside!!) - no apology/sympathy; a TOTAL waste of my 2 days. I'm self-employed, so two days not working is a big deal. Very poor service and would NOT recommend

Very poor service . Engineer arrived as planned to check the cooker . Ordered a part for the cooker . Paid in full for visit and parts and revisit. After paying, then all the problems and excuses began . Lost parts to warehouse . Courier to blame . Then had to wait and wait . Cooker still not repaired after one week . Useless.

Very disappointed. Booked over a week ago for a visit today. Customer service seemed very good initially. Waited in all day , no calls or updates. Rang customer service after 17:00 to be informed engineer was running late. I do appreciate jobs run over but when nobody bothers updating you and you wait around all day , not the best. I really wouldn't recommend this company.

Don’t bother. Rubbish. Customer service seemed ok. Waited all day having taken time off from work, so wasted holiday. All nicely arranged then bang. Some lame excuses why the engineer couldn’t make it! Next booking was for a week later. Furious. Wouldn’t touch with a barge pole.

Contacted Glotech because my washing machine is broken. Made an appointment for the 26th and was told anywhere between 8am and 5pm. Engineer shows up at 4:00pm, no prior phone call, had to tell him twice where the kitchen was and explain what was wrong, after about 40 minutes he basically had a go at me because my machine is Bush not Bosch (Should've added that make to your options then) and told me he would need to order a new lock for the door (which I already knew) and that the office would call me with a new price. Well guess what its the next day and this has all been typed at 4:39pm Thursday 27th November 2025, and STILL NOBODY HAS RANG ME!! Completely useless company. Would NEVER recommend.

I usually use Siemens to make repairs but I found Glotech online and decided to take a risk and use them to fix my microwave. I was really impressed from start to finish. The booking process was really easy, quick and efficient. The engineer was speedy and knew exactly what to do. I honestly can’t fault them.

I gave the specific model number of our cooker fan that we wanted to be repaired, only for them to show up and say that that type of fan no longer offered replacement parts. It took them 5 min to look that up online and then they charged me £150. They said they get this complaint often.

Terrible service, they are not interested in repairing your appliance, just want to get paid for booking a visit. Avoid them.

Charged me £105 to fix an oven door handle, only to then tell me that the door seal needed replacing and a new seal is not available so I would need to buy a new oven! circa £400 from them, and £105 wasted!!!

WARNING! READ THE SHOCKING REVIEWS BEFORE YOU CONTACT GLOTECH Made my enquiry via email specifying the make, model and parts required for my dishwasher. Received a reply saying the parts will need to be ordered in so I booked the engineer on the strength of that email. The engineer arrived (looked like he just came out of school) didn't even use any tools or open the unit to test it and said the parts needed are unavailable, the same parts i was told via email could be ordered in. The only thing he took out of his bag was the credit card machine to take £131 from me. I believe the engineer was sent out purely to collect the call out fee of £131 knowing full well that the parts required to repair the machine are not available. I feel like i have been ripped off and am now demanding a refund but struggling to get my calls or emails answered. Extremely poor customer service, i wish i had seen the reviews here before i contacted GLOTECH I will be contacting trading standards and my credit card company as i don't take lightly to getting ripped off

Confusion over the appointment first it was a pm appointment then it was an am appointment engineer arrived 3pm not notified stayed in all day Fault was quickly identified by very competent engineer I would recommend that your engineers wear overshoes when visiting on very wet days

The company is entirely a failure. My appointment has been cancelled 3 times. Every time we book an appointment, the engineer doesn't attend or even contact us to apologise. We were waiting the whole day for the engineer to attend the appointment and fix the washing machine.

I’ve had an issue with my range master dual fuel cooker, it’s trips every now and again which in turn trips out the electrics in the house. I look after my palliative mum who has hospital equipment. Had Glotec come look at it and have charged me twice for parts with 6 months warranty but issue still not fixed. Rang them again and was told nothing can be done as they have no available engineers in the area. Very disappointed bad experience and definitely will not recommend Glotec to anyone.
