“Fairly easy to get a quote for 2 people over 80. Some of the technical questions are complicated and you need to read several times to hopefully ensure that you answer correctly.”

“Buying process relatively easy but you only know how good any insurance is in the unfortunate event of a claim so I can't comment further.”

“Our trip is 66 days, and we had to pay for 90. Huge price difference between 60 and 90 for the extra couple of days 😞”

“Very easy to apply. Quite a high excess. Won’t cover one of my medical conditions tho. Had a claim last year , the process took time but they paid up. That’s why I’m using them again.”

“I did try ringing the local Limassol office which was closed for several days. There was no indication when it would be open again however. Once contacted by the UK office, everything went very smoothly and l was able to renew my policy in good time. Thanks, Chris Pook”

“It was significantly cheaper than other travel insurance companies for my two-month plus trip to Canada. It's still a lot of money to pay for insurance though.”

“As a resident of Spain I had to use the Cyprus office. As our renewal was to change area of the world for cover it could not be done on line. Shame that would have been easier. Initial contact be email was efficient. After a few false starts in contacting by telephone, office closed message and engaged tone all was completed.”
