“I appreciated the approach, efficient and speedy response for elderl/disabled people. A con would be that is is a bit expensive for a short term contract (6 weeks), hence 4/5.”

“Hi, The process was simple and fast and the price was very competable. I have to pay in canadian money so it is higher for me but still good. Travel cards are very convenient also. All in all fine and I should use your company again when I travel next. thank you Louise”

“Had difficulty this time because the telephone number was not connecting. However, advice from your Central Office did help me complete my application. I started my application in one week and sent a query to head office at weekend, and was able to complete the application the following week.”

“The process of buying the policy was straightforward enough. However one of the main reasons I bought it was because of the free cruise insurance it offered. Although when I printed out the policy document there is no mention of any such free cruise insurance? So am I covered for cruising or not?”

Cover for Cruises and this is listed in the Policy wording under General Definitions, this references Sea Vessel, Watercraft & Ferry and Cruise operators Public transport means: any publicly licensed aircraft, sea vessel, train, coach or bus on which you are booked or had planned to travel. Outward journey means: the journey by motor transport, train, aircraft or watercraft undertaken in conjunction with the trip from your home address in your home country. Return journey means: the journey by motor transport, train, aircraft or watercraft undertaken in conjunction with the trip to your home address in your home country.
