“Very simple to use especially if you’re a previous user. The only comment I have is that I wish there was somewhere to say what pre existing conditions you have, to give you peace of mind.”

“Last year prior to booking my Globelink insurance, I received a discount code, but because I didn't see anywhere to enter it, I missed out on my discount. I pointed this out to Globelink, and they sent me a new code to use this year, explaining to enter it using GTI code on step 3. I did this succesfully, but can now see why I missed it last year. The box is so small, and who knows that "GTI code" is for discount ? It's almost as if you are trying to prevent people from getting discount”

“Nor used it yet but on the surface it covers everything we need for any ho.iday we make throughout the year. It covers a great deal of pre conditions and was easy to understand. Everything was done on line even the reciept / policy”

“Being of senior years and not very good at modern technology, I found it difficult to follow the website. I turned to chat but they did not understand my questions and I realised they were not an actual person. I went to Google to find out a phone number I could call from Spain where I live. I found several but they all came up as not recognised. I then tried an old UK number I had stored on my phone and this time I got through to a lovely lady who was so helpful and had good customer care skills and quickly helped me renew my policy on the phone. I wish I could remember her name. She deserves recognition.”

“I like Globelink travel insurance after reading that they pay direct to the doctors or hospital if you have an emergency, it makes things doubly distressing if you have a problem and have to pay out and then TRY to claim the money back. Hopefully we won't need to use it but feel happy that there won't be the same dramas as we have had in the past with different insurance companies.”

“This is a great product for the price however I have not had to use it so I cannot give it 5 stars. Staff I found this time very helpful but previously they told me to read the paperwork and decide for myself. Unfortunately, they would not give me any guidance on the product I was asking about. I have read the paperwork and am still not sure if I have bought the right product because of the variables I have with my illnesses even though I have asked the staff for some clarification.”
