“Pretty good travel insurance in many ways, however, no option for pre-existing conditions. Simply states that if you want these covered go find another insurer.”

“Very easy to do online. I liked that they recognise cruises in same category as flying, most diagnosis’s included with just a few to declare. Also liked how you didn’t have to list most medications. World wide and the yearly cost is great value.”

We are sorry you feel you could not communicate with us. We have direct Contact Us emails which can be sent via the website and of course, via a call to us in the Admin office, where we always try to help with any customer queries.
