“Quick service actually speaking to a person. Good price for worldwide cover. As with any insurance the real proof only surfaces when a claim is made? Hopefully no claim needed...... but if it is then swift service imperative! Only time will tell.”

“When taking out family insurance for the year there wasn't the option to add winter sports coverage for just one member of the family, I had to add for all the family.”

“Very happy with the service a good price . The second time I’ve used Globelink but I’m pleased to say I’ve never made a claim so I hope they are as good if I have to make a claim”

“The website and application was easy to understand and complete because of their approach & decision to not cover any pre-conditions. If you want any pre-conditions covered then they clearly suggest to use another insurer. The price is competitive.”

“I called twice. There did not seem to be any record or recall of my first discussion with a representative. There was a lot of information to take in and this insurance policy was expensive. I would have preferred to see it written down before committing to it and I had to summarise what I thought I had purchased and ask for confirmation in order to be sure.”

“I can't give you 5* yet because never used it but I found renewing difficult online because it asks for password???? Much easier to just phone and speak to a very nice lady who sorted it all”
