“I telephoned Globelink UK to renew my travel insurance policy. The lady I spoke to, Tracy, was very polite, extremely helpful, and a pleasure to talk to. She asked about the dates of our future travel plans, pointed me towards the best option for our policy, and then helped me through the online payment procedure with patience, care, and accuracy. Whatever she is paid she without doubt deserves a raise in salary. All in all, highly recommended.”

“Buying is fine, used them for several years, but never claimed, so experience of the tricky bit is unknown. I wish you could establish an account, it would make repeat policy applications easier.”

“Being of senior years and not very good at modern technology, I found it difficult to follow the website. I turned to chat but they did not understand my questions and I realised they were not an actual person. I went to Google to find out a phone number I could call from Spain where I live. I found several but they all came up as not recognised. I then tried an old UK number I had stored on my phone and this time I got through to a lovely lady who was so helpful and had good customer care skills and quickly helped me renew my policy on the phone. I wish I could remember her name. She deserves recognition.”

“When renewing my Annual policy I found it a bit confusing on the front page as to which one to select 🤔”

“At the present time, as we have just purchased the insurance, we are happy with the extensiveness of the coverage for the price offered, although we have not yet departed to know if we will need to make any claim against our insurance, & any issues that could come up with managing a claim. We did receive excellent customer service answering our phone questions prior to purchasing the insurance. Once we felt we were receiving the expected coverage, compared to many other companies that do not cover disrupted travel for any reason, we went ahead to purchase the travel insurance policy. The purchase aspect of the website was fairly easy. We are hoping that we have a good trip without a need to make any claim...but having the travel policy & medical coverage outside of our residential EU country, gives us peace of mind.”

“I like Globelink travel insurance after reading that they pay direct to the doctors or hospital if you have an emergency, it makes things doubly distressing if you have a problem and have to pay out and then TRY to claim the money back. Hopefully we won't need to use it but feel happy that there won't be the same dramas as we have had in the past with different insurance companies.”
