“Having used Globelink before I thought I was familiar with it's quirks. However, this time one of the insured parties would be one year older when the insurance came into force. When the site asked for age it does not make clear if that is the age NOW or the age at which the cover takes place. Mildly irritating as, when the error was indicated, there was no way back to correct it. I had to clear the browser and start all over again. A simple "Age now" would remove all confusion. Otherwise it was straightforward and clear.”

Thank you for your feedback, at step one for a quotation you are asked for your travellers ages with the information asking you to confirm the current ages of the potential insured at the time of purchase, and at the top of the wizard you can click to go back to step one if the current ages have not been used but we are pleased to see you did complete the policy purchase and wish you both a safe and enjoyable trip.

“They are more keen to restrict liability than have you as a customer. I had the feeling I was dealing with a shark. Very fast to limit liability.”

Dear Dr. Potter, we can see you purchased a policy on the 5th of August 2024, as a legal document has to be issued based on the information supplied by the insured at the time of purchase and within the terms, conditions, and any exclusions of cover.

“Web-site and purchasing process very clear and easy. I have taken out insurance several times with Globelink. I cannot comment on their service should I want to claim on my insurance as, fortunately so far, I have not had to do so.”

“I am a loyal Italian customer of Globelink, I have been purchasing coverage for my long stays in Thailand for at least seven years and I also recommend it to my friends and travel companions. I am basically fine, if I have to say a flaw that I find when I have to contact them from the holiday location is related to the telephone number which Globelink declares "Italian speaking" but this is not the case and this is the only sore point, so it could further improve the assistance service for us Italians who are not champions of the English language. Overall for the quality of service and cost ratio my rating is 4/5*”
