“Everything on the website seemed easy enough to use, the product webpage summarizing the coverage was clear before purchase. It's also easy to find what to do when I need to file a claim. The true test of the service is what happens if I actually need to file a claim.”

“Always easy to arrange insurance at a decent price, I have used Globelink for several years. So far, I have never had to make an insurance claim so I cannot comment on that process but I have needed to speak to the team and they were helpful and friendly.”

“I have given 4 stars as it was easy to book. I had a couple of concerns using the online system so phoned them and the lady I spoke to was very helpful. I then went back online and made my purchase. I haven't had any reason to make a claim so can not comment on that side of things.”

“Tracy was very helpful on the phone, she didnt try to get me to do one thing or another gave me all the details I needed to make up my own mind. it was expensive but no more then others I looked at, as I needed more then the normal 30 days per trip in the yearly policy, I also need it for a cruise and Im OLD :)”
