“I had problems with their website as it was not working correctly. I telephoned the Company and an extremely helpful person sorted everything out. My telephone connection dropped out and I was immediately called back. It couldn't have been simpler or better. Whilst on the telephone the documentation was received by email.”

“I signed up online but made an error . My policy was expedited swiftly and having noted the error on printing policy I contacted customer services and they corrected the error immediately.”

“As a resident of Spain I had to use the Cyprus office. As our renewal was to change area of the world for cover it could not be done on line. Shame that would have been easier. Initial contact be email was efficient. After a few false starts in contacting by telephone, office closed message and engaged tone all was completed.”

“Very Helpful friendly staff on the phone ,with any help needed through the buying process ,also easy to do online.... “ADVANTAGES of Globelink insurance: 1. It can be for a single trip. 2.The age insured can be up to 89. But why stop there? I am in excellent health at 83 and still climb high mountains and cycle long, difficult distances. I plan to continue into the 90s. QUESTION Can I be insured FROM Australia BACK TO UK vie North America, taking a month to do so?”

“I've been with Globelink for 38 hrs and they have always been very understanding and helpful. They were very helpful when I had a very serious illness,they listened and very and sensible about my difficulties but with but insured me even when others declined to quote me. I've been with them ever since and recommended them when ever I can. 5*****”
