“Have the insurance every year. I purchase two policies. I had to ring to get some advice and person seemed very short with me. However the person did resolve what i needed to know I renewed that policy and then when i did the other one, it wouldn't allow me it kept reverting back to my policy so i had to ring again Unfortunately i recognised the same person voice who answered this time again very short”

“I have used Globelink for a number of years, although I have never had to make a claim, the coverage appears excellent for my purposes, the website is easy to follow, the wording detail is in easy to understand terminology. Whilst hopefully I do not have to make a claim, I feel comfortable in the knowledge that I feel comprehensively covered.”

“Aspects of the website T&C ( small print) were unclear but the email helpline was brilliant. You deal with an actual person who responds quickly. I can't comment on the claims aspect.”

“Globelink travel, have been very good to deal with over the years for our USA trips and others we have been to more than 120 countries over many years, please bear in mind I am 77 years old, I have never made any insurance claim, so I think I am a fair risk, thank you. Mr G K Ashurst. photos from the ten thousand islands, in the Gulf of Mexico, Everglade City, Florida, the fishing is great so is the weather for us old folks,”

“I appreciated the approach, efficient and speedy response for elderl/disabled people. A con would be that is is a bit expensive for a short term contract (6 weeks), hence 4/5.”

Thank you for your feedback and sorry the price has increased for you. All Globelink prices have not doubled despite Covid impact.
